Ultimately, your leadership, your value, and how you approach your prospects determines if people are attracted to you. Even if your company goes away overnight, your list always stays with you. You must understand that people do not necessarily join you because of your company or opportunity — they join YOU!

There are many different forums that you can go to and find people who are involved in network marketing. Two of the best marketing forums, Is “The Warrior Forum” and “Better Networker.” On these forums exists some talented network marketers that you will be able to connect with, learn from, and even mentor. Demonstrating leadership and value on these forums, opens up hundreds of doors for bringing people into your primary business. Build your relationships here based on your leadership and value.

You can post your own questions up on the forum and you can also seek to answer other’s questions as well. The key here is to be consistent. Every day, dedicate about 20 to 30 minutes to making friends, creating value by mentorship, and sharing your ideas and strategies with people in multiple forums. Although the two forums that I discussed above are some of the best. There are hundreds and hundreds for you to find.

The best places to make connections with individuals with social media is on Facebook and on Linked-In.  Both of these sites allow you to tap into hundreds and hundreds of millions of individuals are connected to hundreds of thousands of niches all over the Internet.  You need to find out what drives them. You have got to find out what they dream about. And, probably most importantly, you must find out what they fear? Do not be “salesy,” just make the connection with value and be a good listener.

Facebook is organized in the perfect way to get in touch with people who are interested in the same things that you are interested in. Go to the search box at the top of Facebook and type in the following: “advanced search.” Install the Facebook Advanced Search application, and then you will be able to find all the network marketers, and all the individuals you want.
