But like to share with you three vital strategies that I learned along the way. These powerful strategies will definitely launch your business into 21st-century prosperity, with the power of belly to belly, person-to-person, network marketing recruiting.  Let’s get started!

Step One) You must be welcomed into people’s lives. And only we can do that is by having the ability to give your prospects value. Missing, today were constantly getting bombarded with information, and as leaders, we must be willing to simplify it. This is the heart of team duplication in network marketing recruiting.

The value that we create must be able to speak directly to the needs and wants and desires of our prospects. You must get into the minds of your prospects, into the hearts of your prospects, and the desires of your prospects. We this with delivering unselfishly that which we learn, to help the people we hope to join our team. This is essential to network marketing recruiting.

One of the best possible ways to be welcomed into a prospects life is by generating your own leads. If you generate your own leads and you know where those leads came from, you’ll be better able to serve the needs of the prospects that you have targeted. Step Two) You must be attractive to your prospects. Being attractive involves demonstrating higher value points to your prospects, as Black Belt Recruiting discusses.  People tend to join two types of people: those were of higher status and those who are of equal status.  My personal favorite ways of demonstrating these are simply to smile, to be well-dressed, and to demonstrate highly valuable information to my prospects.

In addition, I have a recommendation for you, and it comes in the form of a two dollar book:  ”How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie.  You should be able to purchase this used on Amazon.com.

You also should be cautious not to demonstrate to your prospects points of lower value. Here are a few network marketing recruiting examples that Mike Dillard offers in his book, Black Belt Recruiting:

1) Leaving a voicemail more than once.

2) Demonstrating subservience by not controlling the conversation.

3)  Demonstrating desperation or inability to let the prospect go even if they are not qualified.

Step Three). Finally, and probably most important, is your ability to followup with prospects in a highly effective way.  One of the best ways to be highly effective in your conversation with your prospects is to always be in control of the conversation. In network marketing recruiting, never answer questions! The mindset of your conversation should be that YOU are doing an interview to see if they qualify for YOUR time. The goal here, is not to be arrogant—it’s to demonstrate leadership.  And if you have value to offer your prospect, why should you be only one answering questions?  You want to be in the position of giving your prospects value, and you can only deliver it by discovering their needs, wants, and desires—and then powerfully delivering your opportunity as a means to those ends.
